these few days have been band band band all the time :X but band is made interesting cos we have things like section lunches =) where we go out as a section, talked, laughed, have fun over lunch :DD went Crystal Jade Kitchen yesterday with the perkies including Augustine, our DSA student from St. Pats. but Jarrald couldn't join him cos he had to go home to receive his refrigerator. HAHA! anyway, it was fun! spent like $9 on frog legs :DD but it was REALLY good.
had band today too, then went shopping with Clar. yay! she got her shades and belt! :DD ate at Pepper Lunch WOOHOOO! finally curb our cravings after sooo long. and tmr clar's gna curb her craving for jap food for the past two weeks. cos S24 is having a class lunch at some sushi buffet place in cine. haha, well, i think not even half the class is going :X haha, but it's alright. and following that i'll be going all the way to changi for Band Chalet. haha! which will last till friday.
anyway, Fernie and the Kids are leaving for Tanjong Balai tomorrow morning! so BON VAYAGE! to you all! and remember to have fun!!!! :DDDD what a pity i can't go with them this year. nvm, shall wait for next year! :)

today is a very special day! :D today is the very first time St Nicks Strings have their own concert, but not exactly OWN, more like joint affair with Hwa Chong Institution Strings. the concert was held in HCI of cos. started off a little shaky, but got more stable and it ended very well! with the two conductors, Mr Chans performed a piece by a hungarian composer.
oh man, ever since that day Mr Glosz (SAJC band conductor) showed us the video of an orchestral version of Rhapsody, our SYF piece. after i show the string section played, oh goshhhhh. that feeling was overwhelming. i realised i really miss strings!!!!!!!!!!! all the times we spend on tuesday and friday afternoons. the jokes that Mr Chan Wei Shing used to tell us. the funny things that happen in SSO, the way he conducts, all the "carrot" we must have in our music. hahaha! it's all these little things that matters. awwwww, now i will only wish there's SN alumni strings. haha! but it will be really not easy to start. cos need $$$ and finding a conductor, admin blah blah.
anyway, met quite a lot of people. seniors, juniors. haha! awwwwww! had dinner with Siumin, Deborah, Anqing. then met Felicia Yeo, Joy and Valerie Ng at the busstop. haha! i tell you! we had abit of a difficulty trying to locate which busstop to alight. cos there's like THREE? haha, or is it more? HAHAHAHA. that is SERIOUSLY how friggin big HC is. hahahahha! anyway, went in, met Charlotte and Carol and all my Grey Badgers, namely Rachel, Sarah, Heather, Farrica(sry if i misspelt your name), Zixin, and sry if forgot anyone else.
anyway, went for supper with Ms Yeo at Adam Rd food centre. hahah! had spicy BBQ stingray and WOOHOO! it's DAMN gd. hahahaha. if only we can stay longer. hai, but nvm! must rmb our date on 22 Dec k! and our Phantom of the Opera date! :P
anyway, caught Happy Feet yesterday with Carol Jie Jie and Gabriel at Marina Square. after lunching at New York New York. hmmmm, the food there's certainly good. but too bad i was running a flu, so couldn't really taste the food. haha, nevertheless, THANKS carol jie jie for the meal and the movie! :D happy feet is REALLY adorable k! hahahah, we were squealing like no one's business in the theatre while he tapped his feet to happiness. HAHA!
anyway, went for violin lesson after that. and following that went back to carol jie jie's house for dinner. watched About a Boy, talked by girl things, looked through 8days magazine and grabbed Elvin Ng's pics and write-up. and not forgetting my ever hottest Channing Tatum!
anyway, it's time for me to hibernate :D

well well, it has been quite some time since i last blogged. anyway, cos nth much happening in my life. other than band, violin, band, music. and repeats. well, this wednesday is the Tune-in of SAJC concert band :D hope it'll be fun. i mean, fun for the J1s-to-be. haha, hopefully my station's games will turn out fine :) fun i mean. and hopefully they will enjoy the music that we bring to them too!
alright, other than i've been naruto-ing and deathnote-ing recently. finally finished the whole manga series of deathnote! oh gosh! i hereby strongly encourage all the read the manga of deathnote! cos it's really good! damn exciting! especially the last book! woohoo! but unfortunately, to many people's dismay, L died in the seventh book! :( anyway, i'm catching up on naruto too cos stopped for a whole year for Os last year :X so i was really behind time. but now that i have my broadband i'm chionging youtube everyday! haha. alrighty, then i shall get back to my show :D

anyway, the news is we caught Step Up today! and GOSH! i was MELTING in the freezing cinema. cos Channing Tatum is simply TOO HOT to resist! :DDDD
too bad he's bisexual :((((( but it's alright you knw. at least still has the GUY side. HAHA!
anyway, i just received a piece of EXTREMELY bad news. GST has just been increased to 7%!!! what is the NANCING problem man? ARGH :\
like what clar say, next time there will be this price war between service charge and GST. and one day it'll be 100%! GOSH. JUST KILL ME when that day comes.

today was band prac in the morning. okay, more like sectionals with our dearest VERY alumni GANESH. hahaha. well, i must say sectionals was fruitful =) wheeee! then met up with ah yi for Kinokuniya and Singtel Fair at Suntec Convention Centre. WOAH! i must say, Singapore really has NTH but PEOPLE and MORE PEOPLE.
just sitting at Orchard MRT you can REALLY experience this NON-STOP flow of human traffic. GOSH.
anyway, ah yi got her broadband subsciption at the suntec fair. got her modem. and both of us got excited! haha, cos i got a bluetooth headset from the lucky dip there. HA! my first time being so lucky =] hahaha. BUT, when we went all the way to her house to help her fix. we realised we dont have the singnet password :X and it was past office hours :S so no choice. we gotta put her internet on hold :\\\
but anyway, i'm still happy! :D cos i got mine!! and now i'm gna NARUTO all the way!!!! :DDDD

Oral Presentation is FINALLY over! :DDDD 3 cheers for that! haha! and great thing is we ended earlier! and thankgoodness i went home to bathe and wash off that disgusting hair spray first. i tell you, my class is UBER slow. GOSH! like after i finished bathing they're STILL only walking around suntec lookin for a place to eat. HA! and after eating my Subway. walked around. decided to go Cathay for a movie. caught Flushed Away with shimah, kylie, FERNIE, darryl, chuanyang, gabriel, leonard, zhengjie and kenneth :D paid only $3.90 each for the movie ticket okay! cos we had the 1 for 1 ticket free :DDDD before the movie went to Ben&Jerry's :DDD
